🎯 Job Overview
We are looking for an ambitious field sales representative with excellent communication and persuasion skills to join the team of Little Manager, an educational and pedagogical project specializing in providing programs, courses, books, and interactive boxes for children and students.

The representative's role will be to conduct field visits to schools, educational centers, associations, and governmental and private entities, introduce the services and programs of Little Manager, build relationships with clients, and convert opportunities into successful sales and contracts.

The Little Manager project offers several educational and pedagogical tracks marketed to schools and entities, including:

💰 Financial Track:
Programs that help children understand money, saving, spending, decision-making, and financial ethics, including:

• An interactive educational box for families and children.

• A guide for parents to help instill financial concepts in children.

• In-person and remote courses for children.

🌱 Values Track:
An integrated educational program for children aged 4 to 11, focusing on character building, behavior, and awareness, including:

• 8 age stages.

• Over 360 educational values and skills.

• Faith-based, social, and behavioral values.

• Life skills such as responsibility, decision-making, problem-solving, and self-confidence.

• Awareness values related to protection, privacy, and personal awareness.

🤖 Tech Track:
Graduated technical programs for children and adolescents, starting from computer basics, then simplified programming, robotics, and artificial intelligence for children.

🛡️ Digital Safety and Cybersecurity Track:
An awareness program specializing in protecting students from digital risks and promoting safe internet use, featuring a recommendation from a UN-affiliated body, in addition to an international professional certificate, with the possibility of offering it in person or remotely.

📋 Tasks and Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to target schools and entities according to the sales plan.

• Present the Little Manager tracks and products in a professional manner that highlights their educational value and impact.

• Explain implementation options to clients, whether in-person or remote.

• Build and develop relationships with decision-makers in schools and educational entities.

• Document visits daily, including entity data, contact person, phone number, visit outcome, and notes.

• Determine the next step after each visit and follow up with clients diligently.

• Follow up on sales opportunities until the contract or sale is completed.

• Commit to achieving daily and monthly targets.

• Submit periodic reports on visits, opportunities, and results.

🎯 Requirements and Conditions

• Experience or strong desire in field sales and marketing.

• Experience in the educational sector is preferred.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to conduct daily field visits.

• Commitment to targets and documenting visits.

• Politeness and good customer interaction.

• Seriousness, discipline, and continuous follow-up.

• Having a means of transportation is a significant advantage.

• Having prior relationships with schools or educational centers is an additional advantage.
