The Role: Sales Specialist – ERP & ICT

El Seif Engineering Contracting is seeking a Sales Specialist – ERP & ICT to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for the sale of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) products and services. The specialist will focus on identifying customer needs, positioning relevant solutions, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets through a consultative and solution-based selling approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for ERP and ICT solutions.
• Sell ERP systems, including modules such as Finance, HR, SCM, and CRM.
• Offer ICT services covering infrastructure, networking, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client business processes and technical requirements.
• Prepare and deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation to deal closure.
• Coordinate effectively with presales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage renewals and upselling opportunities.
• Track sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging ERP and ICT technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Networking from a Technical College.
