Job Description
About the Role
NICE ONE is seeking a full-time Salesperson to join its team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts across retail and wholesale channels, and executing daily sales activities to achieve regional targets. The successful candidate will represent the NICE ONE brand professionally and contribute to market growth within the assigned territory. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience and offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts across Riyadh. Present products, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed established targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business, accurate order placement, and high satisfaction levels.
- Plan and manage daily routes and customer visits within Riyadh to maximize market coverage, ensure product availability, and execute merchandising plans.
- Ensure products are displayed, priced, and replenished according to brand standards and promotional schedules.
- Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status. Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM or sales systems as required.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and communicate insights to the sales manager.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure order accuracy, timely deliveries, and effective promotion execution.
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues professionally and promptly to maintain trust and a positive brand image.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in a sales-related role.
- Demonstrated customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to work independently within an assigned territory.
