NICE ONE is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Salesperson to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves developing new business, managing customer accounts across retail and wholesale channels, and executing daily sales activities to achieve regional targets. The successful candidate will represent the NICE ONE brand professionally within the assigned territory.

Role Overview

The Salesperson will focus on driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships in Jeddah. This position requires strong communication skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently to maximize market coverage and ensure product availability and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts across Jeddah.
• Present products, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed established targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business, accurate order placement, and high satisfaction levels.
• Plan and manage daily routes and customer visits within Jeddah to maximize market coverage and execute merchandising plans.
• Ensure products are displayed, priced, and replenished according to brand standards and promotional schedules.
• Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status, preparing regular sales reports and updating CRM or sales systems as required.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and communicate insights to the sales manager.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure order accuracy, timely deliveries, and effective promotion execution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues professionally and promptly to maintain trust and a positive brand image.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred, ideally in FMCG, retail, or distribution. Strong candidates who are recent graduates with commercial aptitude will be considered.
• Willingness to travel throughout Jeddah and work flexible hours as required. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
