About the Role

E-Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SRM Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in SAP SRM, focusing on procurement processes and system integration.

Role Context and Program Focus

This role is integral to a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program. The consultant will be responsible for leveraging strong expertise in SAP SRM configuration and its integration with SAP MM and FI modules to support significant procurement transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SAP SRM solutions.
• Perform comprehensive system configuration, testing, data migration, cutover activities, and user training.
• Configure procurement workflows and organizational structures within SAP SRM.
• Support end-to-end implementation and procurement transformation initiatives.

Project Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of two end-to-end SAP SRM implementation projects completed.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare functional specifications and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Strong integration knowledge between SAP SRM, SAP MM, and SAP FI modules.

Functional and Technical Expertise

• Strong functional expertise in: Organizational Setup, Strategic Sourcing, Catalog Management (MDM), Service Procurement, Supplier Enablement & Evaluation, and Contract Management.
• Experience with RFx, Auctions, Live Bidding, Two-Envelope Bidding, and Document Collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with Extended Classic Scenario, SRM-SUS, ROS, PDP, and workflow configuration.
• Proficiency in procurement processes including Contracts, Catalogs, Shopping Carts, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Invoice Processing.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM.
