Scaffolding Supervisor

About the Role

Power International Holding is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with a strong background in scaffolding operations, including erection, dismantling, inspection, and supervision on construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure all activities comply with safety standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities in accordance with approved procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure all scaffolding work is carried out safely and in compliance with project specifications and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, and HSE personnel to meet project schedules.
• Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure stability, proper access, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Ensure scaffolding materials and equipment are in good condition before use.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote safe working practices among scaffolding teams.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and materials.
• Maintain scaffolding inspection records, permits, and relevant documentation.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in scaffolding operations, erection, dismantling, inspection, and supervision on construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding procedures and applicable regulations.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is SAR 7,500 - SAR 11,250, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic construction project environment.
