About the Role

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a School & Youth Program Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract position, commencing immediately and expected to run until February 2027, is vital for developing and implementing comprehensive engagement strategies aligned with event, fan engagement, and legacy objectives. The role requires a proactive individual to design and deliver impactful educational, sports participation, and youth-focused programs across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive School & Youth Engagement Strategy that aligns with overall event, fan engagement, and legacy objectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging educational, sports participation, and youth-focused programmes across Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including educational institutions, government authorities, youth development organisations, sports federations, and community partners.
  • Lead the planning and execution of school outreach initiatives, competitions, workshops, awareness campaigns, educational resources, and community engagement activities.
  • Coordinate youth-focused activations and engagement opportunities, such as appearances, roadshows, interactive experiences, and community events.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for youth participation within wider event operations and engagement programmes.
  • Collaborate closely with Fan Engagement, Marketing, Communications, Volunteer, Community Relations, and Event Operations teams to ensure integrated programme delivery.
  • Manage programme budgets, schedules, procurement processes, suppliers, and external delivery partners effectively.
  • Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure programme effectiveness, participation rates, audience reach, and long-term impact.
  • Ensure all youth engagement activities adhere strictly to safeguarding, participant welfare, and child protection standards and best practices.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, operational plans, stakeholder updates, and post-event impact assessments.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term community and legacy initiatives that extend beyond the event lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Sports Management, Event Management, Community Development, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing youth programmes, educational initiatives, community engagement projects, fan engagement activities, or major event activation programmes.
  • Proven experience working effectively with schools, universities, educational institutions, youth organisations, sports development programmes, or community stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple programmes and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale engagement campaigns and public-facing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.

Additional Information

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with an expected duration from the start date until February 2027. Preferred experience includes working on major international sporting events, large-scale public events, national engagement campaigns, youth development programmes, or legacy initiatives. Previous collaboration with Ministries of Education, sports federations, government authorities, or youth development agencies is also preferred. Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and participant welfare frameworks, as well as experience managing community engagement strategies that deliver measurable social impact and long-term legacy outcomes, are considered advantageous.
