The Role of Scrum Master

insightix is seeking a Scrum Master to join its technical team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves driving the successful execution of the product's technical lifecycle using Agile/Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the technical product lifecycle and oversee task execution.
• Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
• Document Scrum events and track sprint outcomes.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from daily distractions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience applying Agile methodologies.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master.
• CSM or PSM certification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
