Role Summary: Security and Safety Officer

Learning Oasis Int.&Ntl. Schools is seeking a dedicated Security and Safety Officer for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This critical role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure school environment, ensuring the well-being of all students, staff, and visitors within the premises. The officer will be integral to upholding the school's commitment to a protected and conducive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all entrances and exits to the school premises.
• Conduct regular safety and security patrols throughout the school facilities.
• Respond promptly and effectively to all incidents or emergencies.
• Oversee the implementation of established health, safety, and security procedures.
• Ensure continuous compliance with school policies and relevant local regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and emergency systems.
• Document and report all incidents, maintaining accurate records.
• Support accident investigations as required.
• Coordinate and execute safety drills.
• Work closely with school leadership to plan and deliver safety training and awareness programs.
• Collaborate with external emergency services when necessary.
• Actively promote a culture of safety and respect across the entire school community.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position must possess 5-10 years of experience in a security or safety role, preferably within an educational institution or a similar environment.

Mandatory Certifications

Certification approved by the Safety Cadres Program or the Saudi Council of Engineers is a mandatory requirement for this role.
