Senior Associate Invoicing & Collection

About the Role

GET Global Group is seeking a Senior Associate/Assistant Manager- Invoicing & Collection to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for managing client invoicing and collection processes, ensuring timely payments and resolving related queries. The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing client collection activities, including following up on outstanding cash.
• Clearing invoice-related queries post-coordination with internal teams and clients.
• Chasing clients for updates on Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and Advance Payment Order Approvals (APOA).
• Following up with clients for invoice approvals as required.
• Conducting second-level analysis and review of all invoices.
• Preparing all invoices and actively pursuing client approvals at the ground level.

Required Experience and Knowledge

• Proven experience in client collection.
• Knowledge of invoicing processes, including raising invoices to clients as per contract terms.
• Ability to interpret client contracts and discuss terms with the team for clarity.
• Understanding of VAT regulations as per local country laws.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong capabilities in client interaction, financial analysis, and adherence to contractual and legal requirements. This role demands a proactive approach to ensure efficient financial operations.
