About the Role

InnovationTeam is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience who can serve as a critical bridge between our KSA-based clients, product leads, and offshore engineering teams. The primary objective is to translate complex business visions into precise, technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to extract, challenge, and refine business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Produce high-quality, developer-ready documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), and detailed User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria (Gherkin style preferred).
• Architect logical solution flows using tools and methodologies such as BPMN , flowcharts, state diagrams, sequence diagrams, Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), and integration mappings.
• Own and maintain the product backlog in Jira or Azure DevOps, ensuring items are prioritized, estimated, and meet the Definition of Ready.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to align test cases with business logic and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles with clients.
• Ensure system logic and user flows are culturally and linguistically optimized for the KSA market.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a business analysis or similar role.
• Native Arabic speaker with a strong understanding of the nuances of the Saudi market.
• Ability to navigate the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with technical rigor and professional maturity.
• Proven track record working effectively in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
