About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to bridging business needs with technology solutions, requiring a professional with 8-12 years of experience in IT or enterprise projects.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery through expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, documentation, stakeholder management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), use cases, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business validation activities.
• Facilitate change management and ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in solution design discussions and impact analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Experience and Skills

• 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex requirements across multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
