About the Role

Aventus is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting a leading Saudi bank on a strategic initiative focused on loans management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business requirements and technological solutions within the bank's lending operations.

Project Context and Contribution

This position is dedicated to a critical project aimed at enhancing the bank's lending processes. The Senior Business Analyst will work in close collaboration with both business and technology stakeholders. The primary objective is to gather comprehensive requirements, document existing processes, and facilitate the successful delivery of solutions that support the bank's operational goals in loans management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed requirements gathering from various business and technology stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
• Perform process mapping and analysis to document current and future state workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and understanding among project participants.
• Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases within the bank's lending operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in the financial services industry. Demonstrated experience in loans management or lending operations is essential. The ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear, actionable requirements is required.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is an onsite position located in Riyadh. The initial contract for this role is for 12 months, with the potential for extension based on project requirements and performance.
