About the Senior Communications Manager Role

TRACCS is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to overseeing the day-to-day management of both retainer and project-based clients, playing a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive communication plans and programs.

Key Responsibilities and Account Management

The Senior Communications Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advisory and consultancy. This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement creative communication ideas, coordinate effectively with support teams, and supervise communications specialists to ensure all work aligns with TRACCS’ ethical standards, systems, and procedures. The position reports directly to the Senior Communications Director.

Daily Operations and Client Engagement

• Independently manage all assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with clients to review progress, brainstorm new ideas and tactics, and plan future tasks.
• Develop and execute communication plans and programs tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Supervise communications specialists, guiding them to uphold TRACCS’ quality and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the communications profession.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position within communications.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts across various sectors.
• Proficiency in developing or supporting the development of comprehensive communications strategies for clients.
