Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

About the Role

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia, through its subsidiary International Systems Engineering (ISE), is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to protect organizational data, systems, and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, oversee, and upgrade all security measures necessary to protect organizational data, systems, and networks.
• Design, implement, and maintain Security Information Event Management (SIEM) systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain SIEM Dashboards, use cases, and detection rules.
• Perform fine-tuning and filtering for rules and use cases within SIEM.
• Respond to all security breaches affecting the network and associated systems.
• Troubleshoot network and security issues and incidents.
• Implement appropriate security measures to ensure the safety of the organization’s infrastructure and existing data.
• Conduct testing and scans to identify vulnerabilities in the network and system.
• Take an active role in the change management process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security and network security fields, with a preferred range of 5-10 years.
