About the Role

Nurum is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a creative and experienced professional with a strong visual sense and excellent design skills. The ideal candidate will be capable of transforming ideas and concepts into engaging, high-quality visual content that aligns with brand identity and business objectives.

Role Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading and executing design projects from concept through to final delivery. This position involves close collaboration with marketing, content, and other internal teams to ensure design solutions effectively support business and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative designs across multiple channels, including digital campaigns, social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistency and proper application of the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Lead design projects and establish the appropriate visual direction for each project.
• Translate briefs, concepts, and business requirements into creative and effective visual solutions.
• Review designs and provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to ensure designs support business and communication objectives.
• Prepare and deliver final artwork for digital and print production according to required specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and creative practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a collaborative team environment, engaging with various internal departments.
