The Role: Senior IT Service Delivery Manager (Infrastructure & Operations)

BRAVANTIC is seeking a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager (Infrastructure & Operations) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves leading large-scale, multi-site IT service delivery, with a focus on infrastructure and operational excellence. The manager will ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of IT services across the organization's distributed operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide strategic direction for a distributed team of approximately 70 IT professionals, managing performance and establishing organizational structures, succession planning, and resource allocation across all locations.
• Standardize delivery protocols to foster a unified, high-performing IT culture and serve as the ultimate command authority for high-severity infrastructure incidents.
• Act as the executive business owner for the OpenText SMAX platform, utilizing its analytics and machine learning capabilities to optimize Incident, Problem, Asset, and Change management.
• Design and present executive SMAX dashboards to track SLA compliance and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Oversee the reliability, capacity, and lifecycle of all enterprise servers and hybrid storage arrays.
• Ensure robust multi-site data connectivity across LAN, wireless, and edge configurations.
• Architect and regularly test comprehensive cross-site disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Govern project warehouses, ensuring strict inventory controls for thousands of hardware units.
• Optimize staging and deployment logistics to equip field technicians with necessary hardware reserves.
• Audit the full asset lifecycle, from acquisition and deployment to data sanitization and disposal.
• Enforce rigorous operational security hygiene across all distributed systems and network hardware.
• Supervise physical access controls, CCTV systems, and local IAM protocols at all sites (Note: Core cybersecurity strategy and threat hunting are managed by a separate division).

Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• ITIL v4 Managing Professional / Strategic Leader certification (or ITIL v3 Expert).
• Advanced infrastructure credentials such as CCNP, Microsoft Enterprise Administrator, or equivalent.
