The Role of Senior Legal Counsel

Cenomi Retail is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing practical, commercial legal advice and managing legal risks. The Senior Legal Counsel will also support the Director of Legal, Governance & Compliance on corporate and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating various agreements.
• Providing commercial legal advice.
• Managing legal risks for the company.
• Supporting the Director of Legal, Governance & Compliance on corporate and compliance issues.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to review and negotiate commercial agreements independently.
• Sound legal research and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to identify legal risks and provide practical recommendations.
• Experience managing external counsel when required.
