About the Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Manager Connectivity Development to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership position is central to providing comprehensive governance, oversight, and advisory support across the organization's technology infrastructure, connectivity ecosystems, and operational readiness initiatives. The role ensures that all connectivity, infrastructure, and operational projects are in strict alignment with Red Sea Global's strategic priorities, regulatory mandates, operational requirements, and long-term technology vision.

Role Purpose and Strategic Impact

This position is critical for fostering consistency, scalability, and sustainable growth across all destinations within Red Sea Global's portfolio. The Senior Manager will engage with multiple stakeholders, offering strategic guidance, facilitating collaborative efforts, and proactively identifying potential risks and dependencies. A key aspect of the role involves supporting leadership in making informed decisions that contribute to the robust development and strengthening of Red Sea Global's overall technology ecosystem.

Key Functional Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for technology infrastructure and connectivity solutions.
• Manage connectivity operations and ensure service readiness.
• Oversee hospitality technology connectivity requirements.
• Manage relationships with service providers, telecom operators, and the broader ecosystem.
• Implement governance and oversight for the infrastructure ecosystem.
• Drive cross-destination technology standardization initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.

Managerial Accountabilities

• Contribute to the Division’s strategy and business plans from the Department’s perspective, aligning with Red Sea Global’s vision and mission.
• Develop the Department’s business plans, objectives, KPIs, and operational plans, ensuring successful implementation.
• Prepare and manage the Department’s annual budget, aligning resources with planned activities and monitoring financial performance.
• Oversee the development and adherence to Department policies and procedures; ensure departmental KPIs are developed, cascaded, and monitored.
• Ensure effective staffing, professional development, and deployment of Department staff in coordination with the Division Executive.
• Manage the Department’s relationship with internal and external customers to ensure needs are addressed efficiently.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in technology infrastructure, connectivity, or related operational leadership positions.
