About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager Development Strategy to join its Office Business Unit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on shaping Qiddiya's office portfolio, ensuring that products, phasing, and development plans align with market demand and business objectives. The position requires 5-10 years of experience and combines market intelligence, commercial analysis, and stakeholder engagement to support the delivery of commercially successful office developments.

Role Context and Purpose

This strategy-focused role is integral to the Office Business Unit, responsible for developing and optimizing Qiddiya's office assets. The Senior Manager will ensure that all development initiatives are informed by thorough market analysis and contribute to the overall business strategy. The role involves working across various teams to achieve optimal project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop office portfolio, asset, and product strategies aligned with market demand and business objectives.
• Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, and management presentations.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and occupier analysis to inform development decisions.
• Assess office market risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Define office products, tenant positioning, and customer value propositions.
• Support the identification of anchor occupiers, strategic partners, and key demand drivers.
• Collaborate with Development, Design, Delivery, Leasing, and Operations teams to optimize project outcomes.
• Develop recommendations on project phasing, prioritization, and investment decisions.
• Manage external consultants and advisory workstreams.
• Support engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, real estate strategy, development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, occupier requirements, and development economics.
• Experience in market analysis, business planning, and strategic recommendations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within Qiddiya's Office Business Unit. The position involves close collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to achieve strategic development goals.
