The Role: Senior Manager - Facade

Mace Group is seeking a Senior Manager - Facade to provide technical leadership in facade engineering. This part-time role supports design quality, compliance, and sustainability from concept to construction. The Senior Manager will contribute to consultant performance, coordinated design delivery, value engineering, and stakeholder engagement to meet project and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safety, wellbeing, and inclusion, ensuring compliance with local HSW standards and visible safety leadership.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including quality systems, program milestones, design development, procurement, and construction phase requirements.
• Oversee budgets, risks, governance, and sustainable business outcomes with integrity and accountability.
• Manage collaborative teams and stakeholders, driving performance, innovation, best practice, and continuous improvement.
• Manage facade engineering input, reviews, and compliance throughout design stages.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, and authorities to manage risk and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Significant facade leadership experience on major commercial or mixed-use developments.
