About the Role
This full-time position for a Senior Manager, IT Business Relationship Management – Real Estate is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role serves as a strategic partner and liaison between real estate business units and internal/external stakeholders, focusing on driving value, fostering collaboration, and ensuring business objectives are met through effective relationship management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
Strategic Partnership and Value Delivery
The Senior Manager will act as the primary point of contact between real estate business units and IT, finance, procurement, and other support functions. This involves collaborating with senior leaders to align real estate strategies with organizational goals and drive value creation. A key aspect of this role is breaking down departmental silos to optimize cross-functional effectiveness and jointly determine strategic direction.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients, vendors, and partners is crucial. The role requires understanding business needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The Senior Manager will also serve as an advocate for the business unit, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and addressed by support teams.
Project Oversight and Market Insights
Responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements, timelines, and budgets. This involves coordinating with project managers, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues and drive project success, as well as monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Additionally, the role requires conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the real estate sector, and providing strategic advice based on these insights.
Process Improvement and Governance
The Senior Manager will identify opportunities for process optimization, digital transformation, and innovation within real estate operations, leading initiatives to implement best practices and new technologies. Ensuring all activities comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, including the development and maintenance of documentation, contracts, and service level agreements, is also a key function.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience is required, with a preference for 8+ years in business relationship management, account management, or a similar role within the real estate sector. Proven success in client relationship management and project delivery is essential. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and the regulatory environment is necessary, alongside excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ability to work collaboratively across functions, manage multiple stakeholders, and demonstrate strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities is expected. Knowledge of Yardi is considered a preference.
