Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Manager Residential Strategy to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to the residential business unit, focusing on strategic development and investment within the dynamic real estate market of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Role of Senior Manager Residential Strategy

The Senior Manager Residential Strategy will provide strategic support to residential development teams. This involves crafting market-informed development approaches, analyzing investment opportunities, and driving strategic decision-making within the residential business unit. The position requires a strategic mindset to identify gaps and opportunities, ensuring product differentiation and adaptation to market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and opportunities in the residential development portfolio, optimizing residential portfolio variety and rollout based on market analysis.
• Create comprehensive development strategies on topics including target customer segments, product differentiation, adaptation to different users, and change management based on market movements and trends.
• Develop and refine business models for the development department, scrutinizing and setting fees, scopes of work, developer selection, and reviewing/critiquing highest best-use studies.
• Create presentations for management communicating team and departmental information.
• Analyze end-to-end residential development processes to identify efficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Represent the company with external consultants, funds, developers, and end users.
• Assess and evaluate different investment structures.
• Draw roadmaps analyzing requirements, processes, and procedures relating to the real estate field, including setting up real estate development and investment entities, and interfacing with relevant authorities.
• Create business cases for residential development opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A background in strategy consulting and real estate investment/development.
• Proven experience of 5-10 years in real estate investment analysis, market assessment, development, and/or real estate strategy. This experience can be within a consulting company or part of a specialized Real Estate, Engineering, or Development firm.
• Ability to evaluate complex investment structures.
• Experience managing stakeholders across public and private sectors.
