About the Role

Tahaluf, a prominent B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive. This position, located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves leading the marketing efforts for two significant life science and pharmaceutical events: CPHI Middle East and BIO Middle East. The core mission is to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aimed at driving high-value attendance, enhancing exhibitor return on investment, and solidifying the events' standing in the regional pharma calendar.

Tahaluf organises large-scale events such as LEAP, Cityscape, Black Hat MEA, and CPHI Middle East, contributing to the global events sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete marketing cycle, from awareness to retention, for both assigned events.
  • Develop and implement data-segmentation strategies to target specific audiences, including API manufacturers, biotech startups, government regulators, and big pharma C-suite executives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal return on investment across paid, earned, and owned marketing channels.
  • Generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the sales team through inbound marketing and targeted LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of thought-leadership content, such as whitepapers, webinars, and industry reports.
  • Manage the deployment of automated email journeys using Eloqua to nurture prospects through the registration funnel.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for local health authorities and trade associations.
  • Negotiate barter agreements and manage relationships with key regional and international trade press.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a consistent brand experience on the show floor.
  • Provide weekly KPI reports detailing registration pacing and exhibitor MQLs.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should have 5-10 years of experience in marketing. The role requires demonstrated ability in developing and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies, managing marketing budgets, driving lead generation, and fostering strategic partnerships. Experience with marketing automation platforms and data-driven reporting is necessary to fulfil the responsibilities of this role.

Contract Details and Work Environment

This is a 6-month contract role. The position offers the flexibility of remote work; however, relocation or sponsorship support is not provided.
