About the Role

Visa (KSA) is seeking a Senior Marketing Services Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves working directly with issuing financial institutions, fintechs, and co-brand partners across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to develop and implement marketing strategies. The Senior Marketing Services Manager will leverage Visa's global expertise and marketing technology to drive cardholder engagement, acquisition, and loyalty.

Role Context and Objectives

The Senior Marketing Services Manager will serve as a strategic partner to internal teams and issuer clients in Saudi Arabia. The core mission is to utilize Visa Marketing Services programs and the Visa platform to design, guide, and build effective marketing strategies and campaigns for issuer partners. This position focuses on enhancing how the marketing team engages with banks, fintechs, and financial institution clients to promote cardholder acquisition, activation, and loyalty, with an emphasis on digital marketing, AI, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic marketing technology advisor to issuer clients, translating business objectives into campaign strategies.
• Partner with financial institutions to design end-to-end marketing programs for card acquisition, portfolio activation, spend stimulation, and cardholder retention.
• Collaborate with issuer marketing teams to implement campaigns using Visa's platforms, sponsorship assets, tools, and data.
• Present marketing technology solutions, campaign performance insights, and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Lead the design and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social channels, and programmatic advertising.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies, personalization frameworks, and customer journey mapping.
• Oversee campaign analytics, reporting dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for work efficiency, campaign optimization, and data analysis.
• Champion responsible AI practices and educate internal teams and issuer clients on AI capabilities.
• Develop culturally relevant campaigns aligned with local customs, values, and communication preferences in KSA.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with deep expertise in digital marketing.
• Demonstrated understanding of marketing systems and experience with AI and automation tools.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including consumer behavior, digital adoption trends, and the payments landscape aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
• Awareness of the KSA regulatory environment, including SAMA guidelines relevant to financial services marketing.
• Ability to build strong relationships with issuer partners and local stakeholders.
