Role Overview

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist for the Spine & China Orthopedics portfolio in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This full-time, onsite position is primarily based in Riyadh, with an additional location in Jeddah. The role involves leading marketing strategy, portfolio management, new product introductions, and market development programs across the Spine, Neurosurgery, Orthopedic, and Trauma segments. Approximately 50% travel and field presence are expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Spine & China Orthopedics marketing strategy and operating plan for Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Translate global and EurAsia strategies and market insights into country, account, and portfolio priorities.
• Lead downstream commercialization, lifecycle management, and readiness for key new product introductions.
• Drive market development, portfolio conversion, product-mix improvement, and adoption of strategic technologies.
• Develop customer engagement, medical education, congress, workshop, and digital programs aligned with growth priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across commercial, training, regulatory, forecasting, inventory, and instrument-set requirements.
• Monitor performance, trends, risks, and operational barriers, and recommend corrective actions.
• Represent local market requirements and provide commercial teams with clear priorities, insights, and tools.

Collaboration and Partnership

This position requires collaboration with commercial, training, regulatory, supply chain, finance, market development, regional, and upstream teams. The specialist will translate market insights into growth plans and ensure effective execution across the portfolio.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time, onsite position. The primary work location is Riyadh, with Jeddah as an additional location. Significant travel and field presence are integral to the role.
