About the Role

Epergne Solutions is seeking a Senior Pega Business Analyst with extensive experience in Pega, Commercial Banking, and Lending. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Pega technical teams. The role focuses on leveraging Pega expertise to drive solutions within the commercial banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders and Product Owners to gather and define requirements.
Collaborate with Pega technical teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
Contribute to process mapping, user story development, and Agile/Jira practices.
Engage in customer-facing activities, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Over 10 years of Business Analysis experience with significant Pega implementation exposure.
Hands-on experience with Pega , including Case Management, DCO, Case Types, Stages, and Data Models.
Strong domain knowledge in Commercial/Corporate Banking.
End-to-end Commercial Lending experience, covering Loan Origination, Credit Assessment, Underwriting, Collateral Management, and Loan Servicing.
Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, user stories, and Agile/Jira.
Customer-facing experience with excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

Experience in UI/UX and customer journey projects is preferred.
PCBA certification is considered an advantage.
Experience with Middle East banking, SAMA regulations, or Islamic Finance is a plus.
Experience implementing AI use cases is an additional advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on commercial banking solutions.
