About the Role

Mace is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This role is part of a full-time engagement focused on delivering an ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project. The project involves significant civils and infrastructure scope, requiring collaboration with renowned architects and global consultants. Mace is acting as a hands-on Project Management Consultant with FIDIC Engineer responsibility, overseeing extensive infrastructure, landscape, and built assets.

Project Context

This project entails the delivery of a high-value residential and hospitality development with substantial infrastructure components. The role will involve working within a talented Mace team, contributing to a project that demands rapid delivery and meticulous management of complex assets. Collaboration with leading architectural and engineering firms is a key aspect of this engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure, transform, and maintain the programme data layer, integrating schedule, cost, progress, and risk inputs into a consistent and scalable dataset for reporting and analysis.
  • Oversee the structure and processing of programme data, supporting reporting adherence for one or more scope areas.
  • Define and maintain structured data models across programme datasets.
  • Build and maintain controlled data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
  • Integrate multiple data sources into a single, coherent construction dataset.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and integrity of the reporting data layer.
  • Monitor data-driven KPIs as set by the PMO and Mace Leadership.
  • Provide ad hoc data-driven resources for project team leadership and respond to urgent client queries.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in a related field is required for immigration and client approval.
  • Relevant experience within construction, planning, or project controls on major programmes.
  • Strong experience in data engineering, data modelling, and data transformation roles.
  • Extensive experience with structured datasets, including advanced Excel and Power Query capabilities.
  • Familiarity with construction datasets such as schedule, cost, and risk data.
  • Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
  • Must meet necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Must possess relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which is required for immigration and client approval.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is integral to a major project requiring on-site presence and collaboration.
