About the Role

People Group Arabia is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to join the team of a leading international project delivery partner. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on supporting the successful planning and delivery of a major construction programme within one of Riyadh's flagship developments.

Project Context

This role is client-facing and involves working closely with the client, consultants, and contractors. The Senior Planning Manager will play a key part in ensuring the successful execution of a high-profile project by managing the master programme and addressing potential challenges proactively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and monitor the master programme for the construction project.
• Identify potential risks and develop effective recovery plans.
• Drive the implementation of recovery plans to mitigate project delays.
• Provide clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders regarding project progress and status.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Planning Manager on major building or infrastructure projects, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working for a consultancy, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), or a project delivery partner.
• Experience on large-scale programmes in the Middle East is highly desirable.

Logistics and Availability

The successful candidate must be available to mobilise immediately or at very short notice for this full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
