Takamol Holding is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company is focused on building digital platforms that transform data into products, which are then offered through APIs, subscriptions, and enterprise agreements within a highly regulated environment. This is a full-time position.

The Senior Product Analyst Role

The Senior Product Analyst will play a crucial role in translating business ideas into clear product requirements and subsequently measuring the performance of these products post-launch. This position involves daily collaboration with Product Managers, engineers, commercial teams, and legal and regulatory stakeholders, contributing to the development and optimization of data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria from high-level product concepts.
• Maintaining an organized product backlog and assisting the team in prioritizing development efforts.
• Providing clarification to engineers during sprint planning and development phases.
• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered features align with agreed requirements.
• Tracking product usage metrics such as adoption rates, active users, transaction volumes, and revenue.
• Building and maintaining dashboards to present product health to both the team and leadership.
• Identifying data patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities, translating them into actionable recommendations.
• Performing post-release analysis after each launch to evaluate outcomes.
• Researching competitors, market trends, and customer needs to inform product strategy.
• Collecting and organizing customer feedback from commercial teams to drive product enhancements.
• Preparing business cases and reports to support leadership in investment decisions.
• Ensuring all product requirements adhere to PDPL (Saudi Personal Data Protection Law), internal data governance rules, cybersecurity standards, and relevant sector regulations.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for the Senior Product Analyst position should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant product analysis or business analysis role.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear requirements and user stories suitable for engineering development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Working knowledge of SQL and proficiency with at least one Business Intelligence (BI) tool (*, Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience operating within Agile or Scrum team environments.

Desired Skills and Experience

The following skills and experiences are considered advantageous for this role:

• Certification in Business Analysis (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) or Product Management.
• Experience with API-based platforms or data products.
• A background in government, fintech, or enterprise data environments.
• Practical knowledge of data monetization models, including APIs, subscriptions, and bundled offerings.
• Experience working under PDPL or similar data privacy regulations.
