Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Acuative Middle East is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale cybersecurity projects from initiation through completion and handover. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cybersecurity and ICT projects, managing project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Oversee the implementation and deployment of cybersecurity solutions including IAM, SIEM, SOC, PAM, NAC, DLP, and Cloud Security.
• Coordinate cybersecurity and ICT project activities with construction and infrastructure workstreams, monitoring site readiness and aligning technology deployment with construction milestones.
• Act as the main coordination point between customers, internal departments, vendors, subcontractors, and implementation partners.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting structures, and control processes, preparing regular status reports and executive updates.
• Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, risks, issues, and ensure timely resolution and escalation of critical matters.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards, achieving customer satisfaction and project objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall project management experience, preferably in large-scale ICT, cybersecurity, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completion.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with construction, civil works, MEP, and site infrastructure teams.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity technologies and enterprise ICT infrastructure.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and contractual deliverables.
• Strong experience in vendor, subcontractor, and customer management.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification; PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• Experience in cybersecurity or ICT infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience in construction, mega-projects, smart cities, or large-scale infrastructure developments.
• Familiarity with project planning and reporting tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
