UABCO is seeking a Senior Quantity Survey to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to managing the financial aspects of construction projects within the company's operations.

The Role

The Senior Quantity Survey will be responsible for overseeing and managing all quantity surveying functions related to construction projects. This includes detailed measurement, cost control, and financial administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry regulations. The role requires a proactive approach to project financial management from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works based on project drawings.
• Effectively manage variations and changes in project scope, assessing their financial impact.
• Prepare and submit client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process and prepare invoices for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A strong understanding of construction methods and relevant regulations is essential.
• Demonstrated site experience in construction projects.
• Experience level of 0-1 years is required for this role.

Work Environment
