About the Role

Connect Professional Services is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to developing and maintaining long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. The role involves acting as a key liaison between customers and various internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in alignment with customer needs and CONNECT’s Vision of Excellence, which prioritizes supreme customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, create, and follow up on leads, and track opportunities for qualified prospects.
• Understand customers' specific business requirements and identify opportunities for further sales and development.
• Develop new business through networking, proactive outreach, and cold-calling to generate leads and arrange meetings.
• Market and promote the full portfolio of services offered by Connect Professional Services.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Prospect and qualify sales opportunities, contributing to accurate sales forecasts.
• Cultivate and maintain productive, long-term relationships with customers and key partners, including executive-level contacts.
• Provide regular forecasts for new work sold and billed, and achieve sales and revenue GP targets as per the business plan.
• Deliver market insights by identifying industry trends, competitor positions, and emerging themes locally and regionally.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Software, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is considered a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically within Saudi Arabia is mandatory for this role.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software and its applications, coupled with familiarity in the technical aspects of software deployment and integration.
• Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proven capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust relationships with clients at all organizational levels. A strong customer service orientation and commitment to achieving customer satisfaction are essential.
• Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proven capability to work effectively both independently and as an integral part of a team.
