The Role of Senior Site Engineer

Saudi Constructioneers is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Site Engineer to join its project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supervising site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines, while maintaining effective coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and site-related documentation.
• Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
• Support project planning, reporting, and progress tracking activities.
• Prepare site reports and maintain proper project documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, construction methods, and project coordination.
• Experience in managing site activities and supervising subcontractors.
• Good understanding of project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is preferred/required.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence and active supervision of construction activities.
