Site Engineer

Job Summary

Dar Al Riyadh is seeking a Site Engineer to join their team in Yanbu. This full-time role involves planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure development projects. The successful candidate will ensure all site work adheres to engineering drawings, safety protocols, and project timelines, with a focus on civil engineering practices and military housing standards.

Role Overview

The Site Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive management of site development, from earthworks to utility installations. This position requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and the ability to supervise and inspect various construction activities to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Supervise and inspect civil works on-site, including grading, drainage, utility installations (water, sewer, electricity), and road works.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, regulations, and military standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams for integrated site execution.
• Develop detailed work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor daily site operations and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Enforce safety regulations and participate in safety audits.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure construction meets project specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, labor logs, material usage, and inspection reports.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support during reviews or site inspections.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in site engineering or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices and site development.
• Familiarity with military housing standards is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Yanbu, requiring on-site presence to oversee construction and infrastructure development projects. The role involves coordination with various engineering disciplines and adherence to strict safety and quality standards.
