Invygo is focused on transforming the car leasing experience. As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you will be instrumental in expanding Invygo's presence across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Senior Social Media Specialist will manage Invygo's social media presence, develop a consistent brand voice, and convert content engagement into customer growth. The role involves creating, shooting, editing, and publishing content across platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram to foster connections with the audience in the Kingdom. This position is part of a collaborative team where contributions directly influence Invygo's success, focusing on data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Invygo's social media presence in KSA, prioritizing an Arabic-first voice in Saudi dialect and an English lane for the expat audience.
• Concept, shoot, edit, write, and publish daily short-form video content across TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram.
• Appear on camera as the face of Invygo KSA content, including explainers, street formats, and product walk-throughs.
• Develop and manage the KSA content calendar around key Saudi events such as Ramadan, Eid, Founding Day, Saudi National Day, and Riyadh Season.
• Create native content for each platform rather than repurposing identical content across all channels.

Content and Brand Development

• Localize Invygo's brand content series and develop new Saudi-native formats that resonate with the local audience.
• Build content formats that respect local privacy norms and cultural nuances.
• Ensure all captions, scripts, and briefs are accurate and align with product and legal guidelines.
• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and replies, and route service issues to the CX team promptly.

Performance and Collaboration

• Collaborate with the influencer agency and creator roster across Riyadh and Jeddah to brief, direct, and review creator content.
• Identify top-performing content and recommend it for paid amplification (TikTok Spark Ads, Snapchat).
• Track and optimize the organic funnel from content to app installs, focusing on qualified traffic.
• Analyze content performance and trends to inform future content decisions.
• Work with the shared production team (video, design, motion, and Arabic copy) to deliver high-quality content.
• Collaborate with the UAE social team on a shared content calendar.
• Represent KSA in cross-market planning and share monthly learnings with the wider marketing team.
