We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on engineering the future of our software solutions.

Role Summary

The Senior Solutions Architect serves as a strategic technical and advisory arm for Business Development, acting as the primary technical point of contact with clients. This role involves leading technical discovery, shaping opportunities, and designing complex software architectures. The architect will function as a trusted technology advisor to C-level executives, ensuring seamless requirement handover to the Delivery Team. A key responsibility includes transforming recurring market challenges into scalable, repeatable software products to expand the company’s portfolio and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with executive (C-Level) and technical stakeholders to analyze operational pain points and shape tailored technology opportunities.
• Conduct technical assessments and re-engineer complex or ambiguous requirements into executable plans, ensuring operational success and delivery feasibility.
• Collaborate directly with Delivery and Engineering teams to validate technical feasibility, seamlessly hand over requirements and assumptions, and ensure alignment between sales commitments and implementation.
• Develop recurring client needs and market demands into standardized, repeatable frameworks and product offerings to boost market competitiveness.
• Technically qualify business opportunities, author High-Level Architecture Designs (HLD), and provide early effort and cost estimations (ROM Sizing).
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, defending solution architectures based on Cloud, Microservices, APIs, and Event-Driven systems.
• Evaluate and shape Data & AI / GenAI use cases, assessing their technical feasibility and commercial viability.
• Ensure proposed solutions strictly comply with Saudi national frameworks and regulations (DGA, SDAIA/NDMO, NCA, PDPL).

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience, progressing from software engineering into solution architecture and technical advisory roles.
• Proven background in Pre-Sales Consulting, technical advisory, and client-facing executive engagement, specifically within Riyadh.
• Demonstrated track record in Saudi public sector projects.

Technical and Regulatory Expertise

Candidates must possess strong expertise in designing and defending solution architectures that leverage modern technologies such as Cloud platforms, Microservices, APIs, and Event-Driven systems. Experience in evaluating and shaping Data & AI / GenAI use cases is also essential, alongside a thorough understanding of their technical feasibility and commercial viability. A deep working knowledge of local compliance frameworks, including DGA, SDAIA, NCA, and PDPL, is required.
