CEER Motors is establishing a significant presence in the automotive industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking a Senior Specialist, Collision Repair to join its team on a full-time basis, contributing to the development and management of its body and paint workshop network.

Role Purpose

The Senior Specialist, Collision Repair will be responsible for managing the body and paint workshop network. This involves ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high repair quality, controlling expenses, and achieving customer satisfaction. The role also supports the establishment of new workshops, including equipment selection, layout design, and fit-out, as well as the review and approval of third-party workshops to ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across all body and paint workshops to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor ongoing repair orders and coordinate with the Parts Department for timely parts availability.
• Manage paint and material stock levels to ensure adequate inventory.
• Oversee the full insurance repair order process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with insurance requirements.
• Monitor workshop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the diagnosis of technical issues and escalate unresolved cases to technical support as needed.
• Assist customer service in resolving complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Certify third-party body and paint workshops based on technical and operational criteria.
• Contribute to the setup and development of new body and paint workshops, including equipment selection, layout design, and fit-out execution.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance for all workshop tools and equipment.
• Ensure all workshop staff are trained on standard operating procedures and dealership systems.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in collision repair management or a similar field.
