About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - Customer Experience to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to supporting the design and delivery of customer experiences across Qiddiya's entertainment, sports, and cultural projects.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Specialist will contribute to the strategic development and implementation of customer experience initiatives. This position involves working collaboratively to enhance service quality and customer journeys, ensuring that all projects align with a strong customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer experience strategies, initiatives, and programs.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of customer experience goals.
  • Support the creation of customer journey maps and experience frameworks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on customer experience metrics and progress.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote a strong customer-centric culture.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer experience, service design, or related roles.
