About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya City is a new destination city under development near Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, designed to encompass 25 masterplan districts across various sectors including sports, entertainment, arts, culture, residential communities, and nature. It is projected to house over 600,000 residents and attract millions of visitors annually. Within Qiddiya, the Sales and Leasing Performance Unit (PLU) is responsible for establishing best practice sales and leasing standards. The Qiddiya Real Estate LearnLab (QREL), a digital-first learning academy, drives commercial capability development across the Sales and Leasing function.

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist - Training Administration is a full-time position based in Riyadh, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Digital Systems. This role serves as the operational foundation for the learning platform, ensuring accurate learner configuration, precise content publishing and maintenance, coordinated training schedules, and timely, meaningful learning data reporting through dashboards. The specialist will collaborate closely with other QREL teams to ensure seamless platform operation, an optimal learner experience, and the provision of essential operational data for informed decision-making by senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the LMS/LXP for QREL, managing learner-facing configurations for internal and external audiences.
  • Create, manage, and maintain learner accounts, including provisioning, role assignment, cohort allocation, and access management.
  • Process new learner onboarding requests, ensuring accurate data entry and timely account activation.
  • Manage learner enrollments, unenrollments, and transfers, maintaining an accurate learner register.
  • Configure and maintain smart groups, learning paths, and auto-enrolment rules.
  • Administer completion certificates and badge awards, ensuring gamification mechanics function correctly.
  • Troubleshoot learner access issues, SCORM loading errors, and platform navigation problems.
  • Coordinate and manage the QREL training calendar, scheduling live sessions, workshops, and assessment windows.
  • Distribute calendar invitations, pre-session communications, and preparation materials.
  • Track attendance and participation for all training events, maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person training sessions, including room booking and equipment checks.
  • Author, build, and publish learning content within the LMS/LXP using native authoring tools.
  • Support the production of bite-sized digital learning assets like knowledge checks and assessments.
  • Apply and maintain the QREL metadata taxonomy across all published content.
  • Manage content version control, archiving outdated modules and maintaining the active content catalogue.
  • Build, maintain, and update QREL learning dashboards within LMS/LXP Insights and Power BI.
  • Produce regular operational reports on learner completion rates, engagement, and assessment scores.
  • Monitor LMS/LXP Insights daily and weekly, identifying data anomalies and escalating issues.
  • Act as the primary contact for learner queries and platform questions, escalating as needed.
  • Liaise with BU Training Leads and Anchors to communicate training schedules and progress updates.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Learning and Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in learning administration, LMS/LXP management, or digital learning operations, preferably in a large organization.
  • LMS/LXP Proficiency: Demonstrated working knowledge in managing an LMS/LXP (*, Sana, Cornerstone), including learner account management, content publishing, enrollment configuration, and reporting.
  • SCORM Expertise: Experience uploading, configuring, and troubleshooting SCORM content within an LMS/LXP environment.
  • Data Visualization: Proficiency in building and maintaining dashboards and reports using LMS/LXP Insights, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Digital Authoring: Working knowledge of digital learning authoring tools (*, Articulate, Elucidat).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination across teams and stakeholders.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft 365: High proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience within a Sales and Leasing, real estate, or commercial capability development environment.
  • Familiarity with gamification mechanics in a learning platform context (points, badges, leaderboards).
  • Experience producing or administering bilingual English and Arabic learning content, including right-to-left formatting.
  • Experience working within a parent-child LMS/LXP node structure or multi-entity learning environment.
  • Proven track record as an LMS/LXP administrator managing learner populations across multiple cohorts or business units.
  • Background in digital learning operations with hands-on experience building and publishing content using native LMS authoring tools and SCORM-based modules.
  • Demonstrated experience producing and managing learning dashboards and data reports for various stakeholder audiences.
  • Track record of coordinating training schedules and program logistics for a large, geographically distributed learner population.
  • Experience working within a structured content governance and metadata tagging framework.
