Menarini Stemline is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist Hematology to join its team in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving commercial success for current and future products within the hematology therapeutic area.

Role Overview

The Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) is responsible for the commercial success and promotion of Stemline's current and future products to both existing and potential customers. This position aims to support patients with new innovations, increase market share by expanding business in current ecosystems, develop and encourage strong customer relationships, build brand loyalty, and provide customer satisfaction. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, empowerment, and visibility, offering the opportunity to influence Stemline's market position in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans, including key account mapping, utilizing market intelligence and data analytics (*, IMS) to optimize product penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs)/Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), pharmacists, and buyers to position the brand as a partner and drive value across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Achieve business objectives through disease-state education and by synthesizing clinical insights derived from peer-to-peer interactions.
• Lead tactical execution, including mapping patient journeys per account, to secure formulary inclusion and enhance patient access.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on forecasting, business planning, and territory management to deliver comprehensive solutions for all stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities strictly adhere to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company ethics, and local industry regulations.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, specifically within a therapeutic area specialist or similar commercial role. A strong understanding of strategic account management, stakeholder engagement, and scientific communication in the healthcare sector is essential.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves a high level of independent work and strategic engagement within the assigned territory.
