About the Role

Fursan Travel is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant for an implant position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves working directly from a client's premises as part of our dedicated implant project. The consultant will be responsible for managing corporate travel requirements, ensuring compliance with travel policies, and providing professional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Book, issue, reissue, and refund air tickets using Amadeus or Sabre GDS.
• Handle flight changes, cancellations, and urgent booking requests efficiently.
• Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries and identify optimal available fares.
• Manage hotel and other non-air travel bookings, including car rentals and transfers.
• Address client requests professionally via phone and email correspondence.
• Provide alternative travel solutions and recommendations when necessary.
• Ensure strict compliance with corporate travel policies and account-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate booking records and comprehensive documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate travel or business travel.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Amadeus or Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Solid experience in ticketing, understanding fare rules, and preparing detailed itineraries.
• Experience with B2B hotel booking platforms such as TBO or Hotelbeds.

Essential Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires the consultant to work directly from the client's premises as part of an implant team. The role is full-time and involves close coordination with both client and internal Fursan Travel teams.
