Senior UI/UX & Visual Designer

About the Role

InnovationTeam is seeking a Senior UI/UX & Visual Designer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, onsite position that requires a blend of product design expertise and high-end visual communication skills. The role focuses on designing seamless user experiences and sophisticated brand collateral for both English and Arabic audiences.

Role Purpose and Collaboration

The Senior UI/UX & Visual Designer will work closely with clients, product teams, and engineering teams. This collaboration ensures the delivery of seamless and accessible user experiences across all digital platforms, translating business requirements into technical design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX workflows, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design using Figma.
• Design high-stakes presentations and corporate documents that meet global professional standards.
• Create professional LinkedIn templates and social media assets, and execute regular website updates to ensure design integrity and performance.
• Ensure all designs are typographically optimized for Arabic and culturally relevant to the KSA market.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and on-site teams to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing digital products.
• A portfolio showcasing strong UX logic, UI aesthetics, and proficiency in Right-to-Left (RTL) design.

Technical and Methodological Proficiency

• Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and professional presentation software (*, PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides).
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within typical Agile cycles (Sprints, Stand-ups, Backlog refinement) and extracting UI/UX requirements from user stories.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be discussed directly with qualified candidates.
