About the Service Delivery Leader Role

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Service Delivery Leader to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on managing the customer lifecycle post-sales, acting as the Voice of the Customer to drive adoption and consumption of Palo Alto Networks' comprehensive product suite. You will be instrumental in ensuring customers maximize the security and value of their investments with us.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will operate as the primary point of contact for the post-sales customer journey. You will work closely with CISOs, CTOs, and various technical teams within global organizations to deliver value and ensure successful product implementation and utilization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning key accounts and managing relationships with Palo Alto Networks' largest customers.
  • Serving as the primary contact for multiple product lines, guiding the customer through their journey.
  • Operating cross-functionally with clients, from end-users to C-suite executives, and internal partners across product lines including Cloud, DevSecOps, Network, and AI security.
  • Managing customer planning, deployment, adoption, account-level reviews, and escalations.
  • Building and managing customized product delivery tailored to the customer's technical environment.
  • Understanding customer security priorities and translating them into actionable success plans.
  • Partnering with the Sales team to develop success plans, assess customer health, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure renewals.
  • Collaborating with Post-Sales teams such as Professional Services and Customer Success & Support.
  • Engaging and coordinating customer delivery efforts across Palo Alto Networks team members, including engineering and professional services.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in customer-facing roles and a proven ability to manage complex post-sales engagements. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5-10 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements.
  • Specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers, with expertise in at least one of the following areas: Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Network Security, or Security Operations.
  • Demonstrated success as a trusted advisor, driving business value for customers and interacting effectively with C-suite executives and client teams at various technical and non-technical levels.
  • Expertise in guiding customers through their journey with a focus on value realization, managing escalations, balancing expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.

Additional Skills and Requirements

While not mandatory, the following skills and attributes would be beneficial:

  • Client-focused program management experience.
  • Proficiency with customer success software such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Clarizen, or Jira.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (potential for 10-15%) for strategic customer engagement and on-site visits.
  • Applicants must be based in Saudi Arabia and be eligible for existing IQAMA VISA Transfer, be a Saudi National, or a member of GCC countries.
