The Role of Showroom Manager

Saiid Kobeisy Fashion House is seeking a Showroom Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the showroom to ensure an exceptional client experience that aligns with the brand’s standards of luxury and service. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising the showroom team.
Coaching staff on client engagement and sales techniques.
Managing appointment scheduling and ensuring adequate floor coverage.
Monitoring visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
Coordinating with the head office regarding inventory and new collection arrivals.
Supporting key client appointments and special events.
Tracking and analyzing sales performance data.
Implementing initiatives focused on driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Maintaining and enforcing operational procedures.
Ensuring the showroom is consistently prepared to welcome clients.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant management role, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion sector.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 18,750 to SAR 22,500.
