Baytonia is seeking a Showroom Sales Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient daily showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and a commitment to clear communication and reliable follow-through, supporting customers in creating a home they value.

Role Purpose

The Showroom Sales Coordinator supports the smooth daily operations of the showroom and delivers an excellent customer experience. This includes welcoming customers, processing payments, confirming orders, and coordinating product availability and delivery dates. The role also involves managing daily cash operations, following up on orders, and supporting the readiness of the service area in coordination with the Showroom Manager and relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide necessary support to ensure a professional and comfortable showroom experience.
• Receive cash and electronic payments from customers.
• Issue invoices and receipts, ensuring their accuracy.
• Review received amounts and reconcile them with the system.
• Complete daily cash closing and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Maintain the daily cash float and ensure its security.
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with approved policies.
• Follow up on and report any cash discrepancies immediately.
• Verify product availability before confirming orders.
• Confirm delivery dates and accurately inform customers of expected delivery times.
• Clearly explain company policies, expected delivery timeframes, and order details to customers.
• Confirm orders, ensure all required information is complete, and accurately enter it into the system.
• Coordinate with the Showroom Manager and relevant teams regarding pending orders, payments, and delivery updates.
• Prepare and share daily reports related to cash closing, completed or pending orders, and operational observations.
• Monitor operational observations or challenges within the showroom and report them to the Showroom Manager.
• Receive initial customer feedback, direct it to the relevant department, and follow up as needed.
• Support the readiness of the reception area and point of sale, ensuring all requirements for customer service are available.
• Ensure that prices, promotions, and key product information are clearly communicated to customers.
• Support sales activities by identifying customer needs and directing them to suitable products or team members.
• Collaborate with the showroom team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain the organization and professional appearance of the service area and payment point.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, sales, retail, or showroom environments is preferred.

Compensation Structure

The employee will be eligible for incentives or sales commissions in accordance with Baytonia's approved policy, based on their contribution to achieving sales and meeting assigned sales targets.

Work Environment and Compliance

This is a full-time position. The Showroom Sales Coordinator is expected to comply with attendance procedures, approved working hours, and all of Baytonia's financial and operational policies and procedures.
