About the Site Engineer Role

alfanar is seeking a Site Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on overseeing site operations to ensure adherence to project plans, technical specifications, and quality standards. The role involves close coordination with various teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient site execution.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring daily site activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and specifications.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
  • Verifying the availability and proper utilization of materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Coordinating with engineers, supervisors, and external parties to resolve operational issues.
  • Providing progress updates, identifying risks, and communicating technical concerns to the project team.
  • Supporting cross-functional collaboration between departments and vendors.
  • Tracking site progress and identifying potential delays or challenges, recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintaining accurate daily records of site activities and progress.
  • Interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and work plans.
  • Providing technical guidance to on-site teams and supporting troubleshooting efforts.
  • Preparing and maintaining site reports, logs, and inspection records, ensuring accurate documentation for project tracking and audits.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.
  • Work Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
