The Role of Site Engineer

Saudi Constructioneers is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join its project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction activities, ensuring that site works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and established project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of site works.
• Review construction drawings, technical documents, and site requirements prior to execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure construction activities are completed according to project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate quality control activities to maintain required construction standards.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the project management team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site records, and support project documentation activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate construction activities.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working as part of a dedicated project team within a well-established construction company.
