Dar Al Riyadh is seeking a Site Engineer to join their team in Yanbu. This full-time role is responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of construction and infrastructure development projects. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring all site work adheres to engineering drawings, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Role Context and Scope

The Site Engineer will apply in-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices, site development, and military housing standards. This involves managing various phases of site work, from earthworks to utility installations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Supervise and inspect civil works on-site, including grading, drainage, utility installations (water, sewer, electricity), and road works.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, regulations, and military standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams for integrated site execution.
• Develop detailed work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor daily site operations and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Enforce safety regulations and participate in safety audits.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure construction meets project specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, labor logs, material usage, and inspection reports.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support during reviews or site inspections.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or site development.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with military housing standards is required.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence and active supervision of construction activities.
