Social Media & Content Sales Specialist

About the Role

Fame Store is seeking a Social Media & Content Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for managing the brand's daily social media presence and directly contributing to increasing orders and sales. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop weekly and monthly content plans and continuously innovate new content ideas.
• Capture product images and videos within the showroom, factory, and client sites, including manufacturing, installation stages, and Before & After content.
• Daily filming of Reels, TikTok, and Snapchat content, ensuring attractive product presentation.
• Edit short videos and prepare them for publishing, along with writing marketing captions and headlines.
• Publish content and monitor accounts daily, covering new projects and installations.
• Create content that highlights product and material quality and aids customer purchase decisions.
• Monitor social media trends and apply relevant ones to Fame Store's content strategy.
• Respond to and interact with comments and messages in coordination with the sales team.
• Convert content inquiries into sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to increase conversion rates.
• Monitor the performance of each video and post to identify content that generates sales.
• Submit monthly reports on views, interactions, client inquiries, and sales attributed to content.
• Suggest offers and campaigns to help increase orders.
• Appear in front of the camera when required or manage individuals participating in filming.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in managing social media accounts.
• Strong experience in video shooting using both mobile devices and professional cameras.
• Ability to professionally produce Reels and TikTok content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and Photoshop.
• Skill in writing engaging marketing content.
• Good understanding of customer behavior on social media and knowledge of converting content into leads and sales.
• Creative and efficient in implementing new ideas.
• Ability to work in the field and conduct shoots in the showroom, factory, and project sites.
• Continuous monitoring of trends and new content ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the furniture, decor, interior design, or home products industry.
• A portfolio or links to previously managed accounts.
• Examples of videos filmed and edited by the applicant.
• Experience in performance content (sales-driven content) beyond aesthetic content.

Performance Indicators

Performance for this role will be evaluated based on the quantity and quality of published content, the number of videos produced monthly, views and reach, account growth, the number of inquiries (leads) generated from content, and the number of orders and sales resulting from social media. Additionally, the quality of filming and editing, and the speed of implementing ideas and campaigns will be assessed.
